Metallic Blue (using wet eyeshadow)

Hey everyone!

Today's look is gonna be a metallic blue in the lid, and grey in the crease to bring up the smokiness. I was using a wet eyeshadow from Victoria Secret called Smokin', this is also can be used dry. I was using in wet because the color will look more vibrant, and for the grey eyeshadows, I was using an eyeshadow quad from e.l.f. in Drama, and it was only $1!

OK let's get started!

here is the look :)
Products I used:

VS Beauty Rush in Smokin'

e.l.f Eyeshadow Quad in Drama

Steps by steps:

  1. Prime your eyes with Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance all over your eyes using your finger.
  2. Draw a line in your lid with NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Slate, then blend it with your finger.
  3. Spray Sigma E55 with MAC Fix+, then take Victoria Secret Beauty Rush eyeshadow in Smokin' and apply it in your lid.
  4. Grab e.l.f. eyeshadow quad in Drama, and apply Eyeshadow #1 slightly in your crease using Sigma E35
  5. To get smokier look, take eyeshadow #2, and apply it in the outer corner of your eyes with Sigma E35. Then, blend it back and forth until there is no harsh line. Use Sigma E40 to blend.
  6. Highlight under your eyebrow with eyeshadow #3 with Sigma E40
  7. Spray Sigma E30 with MAC Fix+, then line your lower lash line with Smokin' eyeshadow.
  8. Line your upper lash line with Stila Kajal Eyeliner in Onyx. Then, blend it with Sigma E30
  9. Line your water line with Stila Kajal Eyeliner in Onyx also.
  10. Curl your lashes and apply your favorite mascara!
You're done with the eyes!

Now to the face...

Steps by steps:
  1. Apply your favorite foundation all over your face with Sigma F84. I used BB Cream from Missha M Perfect BB Cream #23
  2. Cover your dark circles with Eve Pearl Salmon Concealer in Medium with Sigma F70. Then, blend it with your ring finger.
  3. Pat Palladio Rice Powder in Natural with a powder puff.
  4. Mix Benefit Hoola Bronzer and NARS Laguna Bronzer, then contour your cheeks with MAC 109
  5. Sweep your favorite soft pink blush in the apple of your cheeks.
  6. Spray Urban Decay All Nighter for a long lasting look!
You're all done!

I can't find VS Beauty Rush Smokin' eyeshadow online anymore, except on eBay. You can use any metallic blue eyeshadows like: MAC Contrast, L'Oreal HIP Shadow Duos in Mischief (the blue part), etc - there are tons of blue metallic eyeshadow out there :)

How do you like this look?

Let me know if you're trying it out!

Summer Bronze

Hey Everyone!

Do you know what is the most popular make-up look in the summer?

BRONZE!

Tanned and glowy skin are the most must have in summer (sad that my skin can't get tanned!), and bronze make-up look is so much more appropriate in the summer!

Use any bronze shimmery eyeshadows color you have, then combine it with a gold shimmer, and brown matte color. and there you have it - a summer bronze look.

Let's get started with the eyes...

Products I used:
correction: Bobbi Brown Smoldering Eye Palette

correction: MAC 219
  1. Prime your eyes with Smashbox Photo Finish Lid Primer all over your eyes, just use your fingers!
  2. Apply Antique Gold eyeshadow from the palette in your eye lids with Sigma E55
  3. Take Brandy eyeshadow from the palette, and apply it in your crease using Sigma E35
  4. Apply Stila eyeshadow in Java with Sigma E35 on top of Brandy eyeshadow.
  5. Take just a tiny of Caviar eyeshadow, and apply it in the outer corner with Sigma E35. Then, blend it back and forth with Sigma E40
  6. Highlight your brow bone (right under your brow) with Bone eyeshadow using Sigma E40
  7. Line your lower lashline with Antique Gold using MAC 219 from inner tear duct until half way down of your lower lashline. Then, line the rest with Brandy eyeshadow.
  8. Line your upper lash line and water line with Maybeline Eyestudio Gel Liner in Black with a brush that is included when you purchase the gel liner.
  9. Curl your lashes and apply two coats of Covergirl Lashblast Mascara in Black
You're done!

Let's move on to the face!

  1. Apply Lioele Triple Solutions BB Cream all over your face with Sigma F84
  2. Cover your dark circle with Eve Pearl Salmon Concealer in Medium with Sigma F70. Then, blend it with your ring finger.
  3. Highlight your cheeks by applying Make Up For Ever 5 Camouflage Cream Concealer No. 1 right under your eyes with Sigma F70 (Use any concealer that is a shade lighter than your skin tone). Then, blend it with Sigma F84
  4. Pat Palladio Rice Powder in Natural with a powder puff.
  5. Contour your cheekbones with Benefit Hoola Bronzer with MAC 109 brush. Apply it also on the side of your forehead, jaws, and all over your neck.
  6. Sweep NARS Orgasm Blush in the apple of your cheeks with MAC 109
  7. Spray Urban Decay All Nighter to set your make-up, so that it won't melt off during the day!

Pink Nude Lips

  1. Apply MAC Lipstick in Hug Me in your lips.
  2. Top of it with NARS Lipgloss in Turkish Delight.

And you are done!

The Bobbi Brown Smoldering Eye Palette was a limited edition, and you still can get it only from the website. If you do not want a purchase one, Antique Gold is just a gold eyeshadow, you can get it anywhere, whereas Brandy is a reddish brown color. If you do not have something similar, you can just use a dark brown eyeshadow. Caviar is just a simple matte black eyeshadow, and Bone is too. Use any eyeshadow that match with your skin tone color as your brow bone's highlighter, commonly beige, nude, and white (you can use shimmer or matte finished).

Happy trying!
