How-to: Glowing & Dewy Cheeks

Hello my beautiful readers!

Today's post is a tutorial, but not a eye make-up, but it is a cheek tutorial, if I have to put it that way, haha! Anyway, it is a tutorial, using one kind of product to get a glowing cheek!

You only need one product, which usually comes in a stick and a cream shimmery base. Here is some examples:

Lets call these "The Multiple Stick" to make it easier describing it. I call it The Multiple Stick because it has multiple functions! You can use this as your: blush, highlighter, cream eyeshadow, and lipstick. How cool!!

These three colors are my favorite for these reasons:

Josie Maran Argan Color Stick in Petal Pink is a really pretty pink with a slight shimmer in it. It gives you a natural sheen on your cheeks. The best thing about this product is it contains Argan Oil which can help and prevent dehydration, inflammation, hyper pigmentation, and sebum production. It also has an antiaging properties from its Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. The price is $22, which pays all the benefits. What do you ask for more??

NARS The Multiple Orgasm has been my favorite since I purchased it a year ago. Just like the Orgasm blush, it is a peachy pink with gold shimmer, but this is in a cream base. Oh and by the way, this is a super great lip color! The downside of it is its price, $39. It will be better if they can make it cheaper!

Lastly, e.l.f. All Over Stick in Golden Peach. This is actually very similar with NARS The Multiple Orgasm, but more to peachy-gold, and a hint of pink. I love this one because it is high pigmented, and it is only $1!! This color is so pretty on lips too!

So lets get on the tutorial right now!

So, the order is: foundation, the multiple stick, powder.

If you want a more vibrant color, and a longer lasting blush, apply your favorite blush on top of the cream, after your powder.

Since I have an oily skin, and if you have an oily skin too, a highlighter on my cheekbones sometimes will make me even look greasier. So, using a cream blush will give me more a dewy finish, not an oily finish. It highlights my cheekbones too!

I hope you find this useful, and you like it! Leave in the comment below if you have any request or questions or just wanna say hi!

Review: NARS Danmari All About Cheeks Palette

Hey beautifuls!

Here comes a product review again! Okay first of all, let me ask you a question. Among all of you, the beautiful readers, who does not recognize NARS blush in Orgasm? I know its name it is so R-rated, but it is number one selling blush! and in fact, I love this blush!

One of NARS' popularity comes from its pretty, high-pigmented blushes. I love the eyeshadows, but it is so expensive and it creases a little bit. But I still love it (my goal is to collect all of the colors, haha).

So, NARS just came out with a blush palette called "Danmari All About Cheeks Palette." How cool is that? It contains four blushes, one bronzer, and one highlighter. The case is sleek and compact, perfect for travel!

Hungry Heart is the highlighter of this palette. I never try NARS highlighter before, but I know Albatross is the most popular one. Hungry Heart is goldish yellow color. I can see how it will be a perfect highlighter. This is great for any skin tone colors :)

Casino is a bronzer. This has been my favorite after Laguna. It is not shimmery, and it is pretty dark. So if you have a fair skin, be carefull not to take it too much at a time. Try to build up the color.

Orgasm, what can I say about this number one selling blush? It is a peachy pink with gold shimmer in it. So so so pretty!!! If you only want to purchase this separately, click here

Super Orgasm is almost exactly like Orgasm, but it has gold glitters in it. It gives you more shimmer on your cheeks!

Desire is a bright fuschia pink. It is a dupe for Smashbox blush in Radiance. It is a matte blush, no shimmer at all. Since it is a bright color, be careful when you are applying it. Don't take it too much at one time.

Sin is probably my favorite after Orgasm. It is a berry with gold shimmer. The color is really unique and so pretty! It probably looks scary because it looks purple in the picture. But seriously, when you apply it, it looks really neutral, and does not look purple at all!

The downside of this palette is the price. It costs $65. However, a full NARS blush costs $27. So, $65 for six? Not bad, right? And since Christmas is coming, you can add this to your wishlist! :)

This palette goes out pretty quickly! I got mine at my local Sephora. I have to go there twice to get on my hand. But it is available online! Click here to purchase.

Hope this is useful for you all! Ask me a request or questions! Leave in the comment below!

Review: Naked2 Palette

Hello beauties!

You know how I (and everyone) is obsessed with Urban Decay Naked Palette. If you read my "Naked Rush" tutorial, you know the story how I got my palette. Click here if you haven't seen it.

Well.. Urban Decay once again surprised me with its "Naked2" Palette! Here is the product descriptions from its website:

Naked2 has 12 pigment-rich, taupe and greige neutral eyeshadows, including FIVE NEW shades. Our palette proves once again, neutral is anything but boring, (and is downright sexy when worn Naked). Feast your eyes on our shades ranging from pale to deep, matte to sparkly. This collection lets you achieve lots of neutral looks, smoky dramatic eyes, and everything in between. Let's just say there's a whole new way to get Naked! The case has an art-school inspired look with hinged lid - taupe metal with embossed chocolate brown artwork. It's smooth, modern and cool to the touch - a real tactile experience. Plus, our palette also features a travel-size Lip Junkie Lipgloss in Naked, AND a double-ended, cruelty-free Good Karma Shadow/Crease Brush (available only in this palette).

Like it has said, it includes 12 eyeshadows, a lipgloss, and a shadow/crease brush. Lets talk about the main actor here, the eyeshadows (left to right).

Foxy is a yellow-based eyeshadow. When I swatched it into my hand, seriously I can't see the color! I swatched it multiple times, and what I got was a hint of yellow nude color (you'll see in the picture later). In other words, this eyeshadow matches my skin tone, and will be the highlight color.

Half Baked is my favorite gold color! It is not too shimmer, has a satin finish, and also is available in previous Naked palette.

Bootycall is also a great highlight color. It is similar to Virgin, from the previous Naked palette.

Chopper is a permanent color from Urban Decay, it is also available in Ammo Palette. It is a copper color, with a shimmer-satin finish.

Tease is probably going to be my favorite color. First, because it is a matte finish (I love matte eyeshadow). Matte finish eyeshadows are great to achieve a smokey eye. Second, because the color is not boring! It is a mixture of grey, taupe, and purple. How pretty!!

Snakebite is similar to Smog on the previous Naked palette. It is a satin dark brown. Pretty, though.

Suspect is pretty hard to describe. It is a brown-goldish color. It is similar to Woodwinked or Tempting from MAC.

Pistol is probably going to be my second favorite. Again, it is because the color is not boring. It is a gray smoke, with a hint of silver and brown. It has a satin finish, not too shimmery. This is great for a night look!

Verve is kind of like Pistol, but with a lighter color. It has more silver in it.

YDK is a brown purplish color. It is really similar with Toasted from the previous Naked palette.

Busted is... I feel it is exactly the same as Hustle of the previous Naked palette. I swatched it, and I could not tell the difference. It is a burgundy, deep brown color.

Blackout is just simply a matte black.

My thoughts on the eyeshadows: Well, I love it. However, I do not why I was more excited when the first Naked palette released. I was really excited too when I got my Naked2, but I found out there are some similar colors compared to Naked palette. So, I was kind of disappointed for that. But overall, I love all the eyeshadows. You can create so many looks from day to night, and they are all high pigmented colors.. yes it is worth it.

It came with a mini travel size of Lip Junkie Lip Gloss in Naked. It is a pink sheer lipgloss. Not a fan though. But I like the way it changes lipgloss from the primer potion.

I love how they provide a double-ended shadow/crease brush. Its brushes are a high-quality ones. So, I think it is so much better than just an eyeliner.

Overall, I honestly love the original Naked palette more. It has more matte colors, and more variations. The Naked2 is good too, but I feel the colors are so similar with the original palette. It is $50, and it is always sold out everytime it gets back in stock. So you need to sign up to get notified from them when it is back in stock. Click here to sign up

If you a beauty addict like me, yes I think you need to include this palette in your collection.

So, I hope this review is helpful for you all! Will you grab one? Let me know in the comment below!
