Red Heart tutorial

I know you might be thinking, 'another Valentine's tutorial again?' Well not in this case loves! I am out of the Valentine's spirit. So, I just got a new L'Oreal HiP eyeshadow, and I wanted to try it out. I expected one of the colors would be dark pink, but apparently it is more to red. So, I decided to call it a 'Red Heart' look :) Anyway, even though the red color can be intimidating, the other color in the duo eyeshadow (dark purple) really helps making the red look more wearable and sexier, I think. Lets get started!

Products Used
(face products listed at the bottom of the post)

Brushes: Sigma E55, Sigma E25, Sigma E40, a pencil brush (I don't know the brand of it, I just bought it at a drugstore)

Steps by steps
Take the dark red eyeshadow with Sigma E55

Then just pat it onto your lid

Using Sigma E25 brush, take the dark purple color

Apply it onto your crease

If you want it to look more dramatic, use a more precise brush like a pencil brush, apply more the dark purple color on the outer corner of you eye

Blend it with Sigma E40 with windshield wiper motion

For highlight, take this pink shimmer from COVERGIRL 3 Kit Eyeshadow in Shimmering Sands with a pencil brush

Apply it onto half of your lower lashline, starting from inner tear duct

Line your upper lashline with a black liquid liner

I wear this look in the day so I do not want to be too dramatic, so I use a brown eyeliner on my waterline. Feel free to use black or you can leave it nothing.

Curl your lashes and apply mascara! DONE! :)
